    Q: How long until you ship my order?
    A: It is our goal here at Fitzulas to ship all orders received by 2pm Eastern time the same day (excluding Saturday, Sunday, Monday and all observed holidays).

    Q: Where do you ship from?
    A: All shipments originate from our store located in Greenwood Lake, NY.

    Q: How do you ship?
    A: Fitzulas uses USPS, either First Class Mail or Priority Mail, as our standard ground shipping method.
         First Class Mail will be used for orders with a total order weight of less than 1 pound
         Priority Mail will be used for packages with an order weight greater than a pound
         During check-out you will have an option of shipping via UPS Ground and will be charged the UPS rate based on the total order weight and the shipping location. NOTE: UPS does not ship to Post Office (P.O.) Boxes - if you submit an order to ship to a P.O. Box using UPS, we will contact you for a physical address and hold your order until provided.

    Q: How much do you charge for standard ground shipping?
    A: Fitzulas is happy to offer Free Ground shipping on all orders over $100.00 within the continental United States. All orders under $100.00 will be assessed a shipping charge as shown below:
    • All orders weighing less than 1 pound carry a $5.95 shipping charge
    • All orders weighing 1 pound or more carry a $8.95 shipping charge
    • All shipping charges paid are non-refundable.
    Q: Do you ship to Alaska & Hawaii?
    A: Fitzulas does not ship to Alaska and Hawaii. We only ship to addresses located in the continental United States (48 states).

    Q: Do you offer International Shipping?
    A: Fitzulas does not offer international shipping. We only ship to addresses located in the continental United States (48 states).

    Q: How long does it take to get my order?
    A: Orders are generally shipped in 1 business day after your order is processed and they normally take an additional 3 - 5 business days to arrive.

    Q: Do you offer expedited Shipping?
    A: In a time crunch? Fitzulas offers expedited shipping to get you your order fast, but these shipments are at your expense. On all expedited shipments, UPS determines the price based on destination zipcode and either the actual weight of the box, or the dimensional weight (size of the box), whichever is higher. The website will calculate your expedited shipping charges upon check out. We try to keep our expedited shipping prices low on the site, and on some rare occasions we are too low. In cases like this you will be contacted about the difference and your order will be held until resolved.

    We offer the following options:
    • UPS Next Day Air - Next business day delivery by 10:30 a.m., 12:00 noon, or end of day, depending on destination. Ideal for shipments that must arrive earlier in the business day. Guaranteed service provides assurance of on-time delivery.
    • UPS Next Day Air Saver - Next business day delivery by end of day. Guaranteed service provides assurance of on-time delivery.
    • UPS Second Day Air - Delivery by the end of the second business day. Guaranteed service provides assurance of on-time delivery.
    • UPS Three Day Select - Delivery by the end of the third business day.
    ***Please note – The day a package ships does not count as a day. For Example: A UPS Next Day package ordered on Saturday will ship on Tuesday and will be delivered on Wednesday. We do not ship on Saturday, Sunday, Monday or Observed Holidays, UPS does not deliver on Saturday, Sunday, or Observerd Holidays, so these are not considered business days. Also, all guarantees mentioned above are UPS guarantees, not Fitzulas guarantees and Fitzulas is not responsible for any carrier delays. If a problem arises, Fitzulas will attempt to resolve the issue on your behalf.***

    Returns Questions and Policy
    Q: What is your return policy?
    A: You may return damaged or defective merchandise within 30 days of the original purchase date for a full refund minus shipping charges. We will also be glad to exchange the damaged merchandise for anything on our site of equal or lesser value.

    Q: How do I return a piece under the 30 Day Money Back Guarantee*?
    A: If you wish to return a piece under the 30 Day Money Back Guarantee:
    1. Check your invoice to ensure that you are within 30 days of the Ship Date.
    2. Repack the piece in its original packaging and enclose the packing slip.
    3. Address the package as follows:

    4. The package must be shipped with an insured courier (FedEx, UPS, USPS) and a delivery confirmation or tracking number is needed to confirm delivery. Collect shipments and C.O.D.s will be refused and returned to sender. Fitzula's Gift Shop is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
    5. Once we have received the piece back in the original box, with the original paperwork, a refund will be issued within 7 business days for the cost of the product less a 10% restock fee. Credit will be issued to the credit card on which the purchase was made and will only be issued if all of the above criteria was met. Sorry, we do not reimburse shipping charges.
    * Please Note:
    A) If Fitzula's Gift Shop receives a return that was sent after 30 days of Ship Date, you will receive store credit ONLY. We will not accept returns back for orders sent after 6 months of ship date. Sorry, there are no exceptions.
    B) Any candle that has been burned will not be accepted for return.
