The Maiden, Mother, and Crone form the Triple Goddess. The Celtic Triple Goddess Grey Trinket Box celebrates this triple feminine figure of mythology. Made from polystone, this hand-painted box has a circular shape. Its lid is completely removable. On the top, the lid depicts three women. The first figure faces to the left. She is the Maiden and she holds a bird in her hand. The next figure depicts the Mother. She holds her round stomach. The final figure is the Crone. She holds a staff and an owl. Behind the three figures is a tree and above them are three phases of the moon. Knotwork detailing forms a border around the edges of the lid. More knotwork detailing continues onto the sides. In addition to borders and panels, it forms tree of life designs around the intricately detailed box. The trees also have the triple moon design with a faux red gem as the full moon.
